This lovely powder compact and lipstick holder is marked "Corona Paris, made in France". The lid and base is black enamel, with a small written design near the edge. The lipstick holder sits on the top and has an engine turned design. The push-in catch pops the lid and reveals a bevelled mirror. The lipstick holder still has it’s lipstick, and twists well. "Corona Paris France" is engraved around it. The inner lid covers the powder well, and has a blank cartouche in the centre. It's opened by pushing the catch on the right side. This compact has its metal edged powder sifter.
🔸This Corona compact is in very good used vintage condition.
🔸The catches and hinges work as they should.
🔸The mirror is in very good condition.
🔸The lipstick holder works well.
🔸The gold tone and decoration is mostly bright and shiny, with some light scruffs and tarnish.
🔸The black enamel is in good condition, with some light scuffs and marks. It is a little duller on the lid than the base. Please see the photos.
