Yardley vintage square powder compact, c 1940s with gold tone and white feather design

This lovely little compact by Yardley is gold tone, with a white feather design. The red plastic, push-in catch is an attractive detail. "Yardley" is engraved on the inner lid, and “made in England” is engraved along the hinge. This compact has its original tray of powder, and it's puff.
CONDITION
🔸This compact is in very good used vintage condition.
🔸The hinges and catches all work as they should.
🔸The gold tone is bright and shiny, but has some surface abrasions. Please see the photos.
🔹The mirror has a mark and slivering in the centre. Please see the photos.
