This gorgeous little mother of pearl coin purse is in great condition for it’s age. This sovereign purse probably dates to around the early 1900s. Both sides have shell pieces that really do catch the light beautifully. One side has a painted flowers pink flowers and an inscription. This purse was made as a souvenir and has “A present from Morecambe” painted on it. It has a silver tone metal frame, with a kiss clasp. The purse is lined with red fabric and has three sections for coins.
This coin purse is tiny and would be best used as a decorative or display item.

🔸The mother of pearl pieces are intact, with only light scuffing and a short crack to the back.
